Adopt Trio House Books

As a professor or book club leader, you know the importance of poetry -- how it allows us to experience the world through new eyes, how it encourages us to focus on our humanity. By assigning texts that enlarge and deepen our students' understanding of the world, we can make a difference.

With gratitude,

Trio House Press is honored to have published two recent poetry collections by Palestinian-
American poets Issam Zineh and Lena Khalaf Tuffaha. In their poetry, they illuminate the
experience of those in the diaspora, through lush descriptions, artful language, and empathy with those who came before them, those who are with us, as well as those who will follow.

Adopt Issam Zineh’s Unceded Land and/or Lena Khalaf Tuffaha’s Kaan and Her Sisters
for your spring classes, book club, or workshops and Trio House Press will donate 20% of the proceeds to the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF).
We also provide professors with free desk copies and teaching materials, and will connect them with the authors for possible class visits.

Read sample poems from the collections below, and order a 50% off discounted exam copy using the code EXAM24 if you'd like to see a copy before adopting.

We hope you’ll join us in our efforts to spread awareness of the poetry of these fine poets, and in
our efforts to ease the suffering of children caught in the crossfire.
